With only a few weeks left before our next president is inaugurated the entire world seems to be holding its breath, waiting to see what will happen. Well, not everyone. Investors are buying property with a speed that is just short of frenzied. With uncertainty looming they are “making hay” while the sun shines and buying high quality properties for greatly reduced prices.
