Fran Benuska, a Realtor in the greater Pasadena area for the past 25 years and a resident of San Marino for over 30 years, brings the most years of experience to our group. She has an excellent reputation with the Pasadena Area Realtors and has a seasoned perspective on home values after seeing many different market cycles. She is an excellent negotiator. It is not uncommon for Fran to be familiar with the home of a new client, because she has either sold it or has been through it before they bought it. She has a passion for architecture, is a master at home renovation, and has a great eye for a deal. Her garden is known throughout the Pasadena area, and she is often trimming and pulling weeds at the first sign of light in the morning She is a great home stager, has been known to use her own furniture to make a home show better and always goes above and beyond to make sure that your needs are met.

Carrie Benuska, a woman of unlimited energy and still in the midst of teens at home, has a keen sense of the needs of families and knowledge of area schools. She trained as an Industrial Engineer, worked in computer consulting and then ran a successful bookkeeping business, but feels as if she has truly found her calling in Real Estate. She loves to match people with properties and often goes beyond what is on the market to service her clients. She is proactive, persistent and gives her all. Carrie, a die-hard San Marino Titans fan, can often be found at various sporting events, cheering for her kids. As a resident of San Marino, she is particularly familiar and passionate about San Marino (check out her blog!) but has also lived in both Pasadena and Altadena and is savvy about the entire Pasadena Area.

LeAnn Benuska Healy, the owner of a beautiful architectural gem in Altadena and the newest member of the group, is a former CPA, interior designer and store owner. A natural born artist, she developed quick analytical skills through her work as a CPA and has an unusual combination of skills that make her a well-rounded professional, able to meet your needs in so many different ways. In addition to her other credits, LeAnn has bought, renovated and sold many homes through the years, a skill that she learned from Fran. She loves “diamonds in the rough”, always able to see the possibilities and is a certifiable bargain hunter. LeAnn wants to jump into this market and is on the lookout for her own investment property (see her blog). She is great at assessing a home’s value and market price, and has fabulous taste. One only needs to walk through her beautiful home, recently on home tour, to know that LeAnn is highly qualified to find that perfect home in all price ranges.
